Vicar for Clergy

Very Rev. Charles E. Otsiwah is the vicar for clergy for the Diocese of Victoria. The vicar for clergy is appointed by the bishop to help tend to the emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of the priests in the diocese. He reports directly to the bishop and acts as a liaison between the bishop and the priests.
