Greg Bentz

Greg Bentz is the Worship Director for the Catholic Community of Cuero where he lives with his wife and son. He was the Student Head of Music Ministry for Franciscan University of Steubenville before graduating in 2013. Greg has been actively involved in parish and diocesan music ministry for more than 10 years.

Jesus said, “…I do nothing on my own, but I say only what the Father taught me” (John 8:28b). In this workshop, we will learn how to keep our focus on service to Christ and His Church rather than our own strengths, weaknesses, or talents.

Using Sing to the Lord: Music in Divine Worship (USCCB),we will learn how to select music that fits the liturgical celebration, is true to Church teaching for music, and respects the unique culture/s of your parish community.
