Director of Permanent Diaconate Formationcglynnvictoriadiocese.orgChuck was ordained a Permanent Deacon for the Diocese of Victoria in 1994. He has previously served as parish catechetical leader, instructor for the Pastoral Institute, and conference presenter. He is currently the diocesan Director of Formation for the Permanent Diaconate. Deacon Chuck has a Master’s degree in Religious Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
