As a child, I remember wanting to be a priest when I grew up. "Playing" Mass would eventually turn into serving Mass, but as time progressed and new interests emerged, the idea of being a priest seemed to slip away. I would be in high school before the thoughts of priesthood would return. However, it was not until after graduating from university that I entered seminary. The years of seminary formation, while few in comparison to the rest of my life, have revealed more to me about myself and the love of God, than I have ever realized before. I give thanks to God and His holy church for this beautiful vocation. My daily prayer is that through this calling I will be able to be an extension of the Incarnation in a world in desperate need.
