A-9 Prayer, The Faith Prayed Lex orandi, lex credendi – the rule of prayer is the rule of belief. This workshop will explore the two-way relationship between prayer and belief; how prayer is a reflection, manifestation, and incarnation of our faith (i.e. prayer is shaped by faith) and how our prayer molds our images and understandings of who God is, who we are, and who we are in relation to God (i.e. how faith is shaped by prayer). Additionally we will explore how catechists are called to be people of prayer and look at prayer in the context of catechesis.
C-33 Liturgical Catechesis w/Children and Youth This workshop explores the relationship between liturgy and catechesis for children and youth and examines some practical considerations for each.
