Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources of the Diocese of Victoria in Texas is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for the diocesan level entities.  The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to provide assistance to the employees and pastors of the parishes and schools with staffing and employment issues that may arise. Our office will also serve as a resource to all diocesan entities in matters of Human Resources, benefits management, and payroll processes to provide guidance and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and Church laws and regulations and promote a positive work environment.

We anticipate that through the collaborative efforts of all employees who work for the diocese, we can create a healthy, vibrant, professional work environment focused on the mission of the Gospel.
