*The Testimony of Suitability Letter is not sufficient for canonical delegation. If a priest/deacon is officiating at a wedding, other than in his canonically assigned parish, he must obtain delegation from the pastor of the parish and follow all regulations of the diocese in which the wedding is celebrated.
